Situated in 20 acres of picturesque and peaceful farmland, Aldin Grange boasts five well stocked lakes brimming with fish - two trout (fly only), two coarse and one competition (match only).
The weather gods must have taken favour with the organisers of this event as the first real glorious weekend of the British summer produced clear blue skies and warm sunshine for most of the time. As far as outdoor show settings go, Burghley House takes some beating and ranks amongst one of Europe’s most outstanding and important family estates.

Graham Tait took the Sonik road show to the picturesque fishery of Cleveley Mere, just off the M6, 3 miles north of Garstang in Lancashire.
Today I fished the Lake of Menteith in Scotland, with the site members from Trout and Fly. It’s becoming an annual vigil to the Lake in the early part of the season and this year was no exception. Last year we took a good few to Menteith, but nothing like this year’s trip with the full lake being booked out to the site members. In addition, Sonik Sports were there for two days, promoting their product range to all and sundry.
