MUSHROOM WITH TROUT SAUCE

I think I was one of the first to buy a Sonik rod, after seeing the ads - and I was not disappointed. My 8ft SK3 is ideal for the small stream I fish, it loads up nicely on a shortish DT4 line and is joy to use in the tricky undergrowth & trees. The quality is excellent for the price, and features like the joint alignment marks and case are most welcome. None of the trout I catch will ever fill the trophy cabinet, but the photo shows that there are some other bankside specimens worthy of a glass case! Neil Johnstone.
