Longleat is delighted to host its inaugural Fishing and Country Show on the 14th - 15th June. Longleat is perfectly located just south of the M4 corridor, barely 90 minutes from London and with easy access to The Midlands and the South of England.
The event will be based around our three fishing lakes at the very heart of the estate, all of which are impeccably maintained and well stocked.
All angling disciplines will be embraced, with equal prominence given to Game, Carp and Coarse fishing.
Exhibitors and retailers will line the banks of the lakes which are bounded by an established hard road system that negates any weather or access problems. There will be a host of further attractions during each day, including a Food Village, 4x4 off-road area, quality franchises and access to other Longleat attractions. Organised by the Country Land and Business Association (CLA), the CLA Game Fair is widely accepted as the worlds greatest celebration of country life and sports.
With visitors travelling an average of 100 miles to the show and many coming from much further afield, we are unique in the fact that we rotate the venue each year to take advantage of the most beautiful backdrops in the English countryside.
