How to Order SONIK Products
Sonik Sports recommends online ordering using our secure website. Online orders submitted by 2:00pm to addresses within mainland UK (excluding Scottish Highlands) include FREE rapid next business day delivery (excluding Public Holidays) for SONIK rods and reels. Online orders have delivery priority and email notification. Phone orders on 0845-307-6300 are subject to our normal delivery charge of £7.95 per order to addresses within mainland UK.
For International orders please complete our checkout page and enter your exact delivery address. A price estimate for delivery will be provided prior to checkout - see our standard chart for International delivery rates. Sonik Sports Limited accepts mail and fax orders, subject to our normal delivery charges, payment to be made by credit card, postal order or cheque.

Credit Card Orders
When using the SonikSports.com shopping service, you may use Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Solo, Maestro or Visa Electron as payment on orders to practically anywhere in the world. You can use your Google Checkout account as an alternative method of payment. When using your credit card, please provide your credit card billing address, if different from the delivery address, and daytime/evening phone numbers. If your billing address does not match that which is on file at the financial institution or if authorization is not given for any reason, Sonik Sports Limited reserve the right to cancel the order without notification. We cannot sort out credit card problems with financial institutions; you must settle problems with them and reorder once the problem is resolved.
Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) & Purchase Orders
C.O.D. orders, Institutional purchase orders (military, government, schools and universities) are not accepted.
Credits and Balances Due
Any credits on your SONIK account will be refunded on a weekly basis. SONIK will issue a refund cheque for any outstanding credit on your account generated by an order paid for by cheque or postal order. If your order was paid by credit card, we will credit your credit card account.
Your Order and Shipping Status
When you place your order with SonikSports.com, you create a unique secure account. You can sign in to your account anytime with your registered email address and password. In your account, you can find status updates on your current order, view last order or all previous orders placed with SonikSports.com.
United States, Canada and International Orders
SONIK ships direct to most International countries. Some countries charge a tax on importing goods shipped from overseas. In order to know whether import tax is likely to be charged, you should check prior to ordering. All import goods tax and duty charges are the responsibility of the person receiving the goods. Under no circumstances will we falsify invoices or delivery labels. For International orders, please complete our checkout page and enter your exact delivery address, a price estimate for shipping will be provided prior to checkout, you can view a standard chart for International delivery rates. If your country is not available as an option in the checkout process, we are not able to ship to your country.
Backorders
Sonik Sports Limited makes every effort to ensure full stock availability at all times. In the unlikely event that one of our products is not available at the time of ordering, you will notified by email in most cases within three working days.
Right to Cancel
If for any reason you are unhappy with any of the goods received, you can return any of them to us for an exchange or refund within seven days of receipt.
Returning Merchandise
When you receive your order, contact and product return information for Sonik Sports Limited will be displayed in the paperwork. Please keep your paperwork as proof of purchase in the event you need to return or exchange items. Please keep any emails you receive regarding your order, as they may contain important information.
Your order must be returned to Sonik Sports Limited Returns Department, Riverside Business Park, Coniston Court, Blyth, Northumberland, NE24 4RP in order to receive full product credit or a refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded except in cases of goods which do not correspond with the contract sale such as faulty, damaged, misdescribed or wrongly supplied goods. Defective Returns
If the item you wish to return is inoperable, but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. Defective merchandise should be returned directly to Sonik Sports Limited for warranty repair or replacement, or a full refund.
Damaged Returns
Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call Sonik Sports Limited immediately at 0845-307-6262 (International callers +44 (0)1670 798 919). Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away! If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you will jeopardize chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return. All claims need to be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
