Here’s how it works:-
- Simply go online at www.soniksports.com/warranty and complete the RAPIDEX order form, or call our Customer Service Department:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm at 0845-307-6262 (UK local rate), or from
outside the UK +44 (0)1670 798919 and request the RAPIDEX Replacement Service.
- Subject to stock availability, we will immediately ship a replacement rod to your chosen address. In the UK this is next day, Europe & ROW 2-3 days.
- When you receive your new rod, simply remove it from the packaging, place the full broken rod into that same packaging and affix the enclosed pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label and return it to the driver there and then, or within a maximum of 30 days if preferred.
- Get back to the water and continue fishing!
What does it cost?
Prices for the RAPIDEX Lifetime Rod Replacement Service start from only £35 plus shipping. Please check our website for charges relating to all rod models and required shipping destinations. Payment can be made online by credit card. Use of the RAPIDEX Lifetime Rod Replacement Service will not affect your statutory rights.
If you do not return the broken rod within thirty days, Sonik Sports Limited reserves the right to charge your credit card for the full manufacturer’s recommended retail price of the replacement rod in addition to the amount already paid for the RAPIDEX Lifetime Rod Replacement Service.

Please ensure you have registered your SONIK rod/s either during checkout or within 30 days after you receive your delivery. RAPIDEX Service is ONLY available for customers who have already registered their rod/s.
Prices for the RAPIDEX service are outlined below. Additional shipping charges apply. Within UK Mainland the shipping charge is £15.00, which covers express shippment of your replacement rod, and the return shipping of your broken rod. For other Countries please request our service (link above) for a price estimate based on your shipping destination. International shipping is only one way express shippment, you are responsible for returning your broken rod to us within 30 days.
