I like to see a new producer on the scene and I've never been one to stick with established brands just because of the name. So when I saw these Sonik rods advertised on the cover of Trout Fisherman I was immediately curious as I was after a new reservoir rod at the time. The special offer price was too much to resist, especially after reading the reviews. Now that I have the rod, I feel 'double lucky' to have paid such a small price for such a great rod. I've used it twice in the last few weeks - once on a reservoir and once for some salt water fun. The SK3 7/8 has anough backbone to get those long distance casts out there and it really was a treat to use with some larger salt water flies. I'd have been more than happy even if I'd paid full price for this rod. I'll definitely be recommending them to fishing friends of mine! Well done Sonik!

At last I managed to use my Sonik SK3 fly rod after purchasing it from you last month. I found it to be one of the best rods I have used, very light and easy to handle. I fished for half a day and christened it by catching 8 rainbow trout up to 3lbs (catch & release) it handled the fish very well. I bought the Sonik sk3 10 foot # 7/8 to hopefully improve my stillwater casting. It has certainly helped me achieve that goal. With its powerfull middle to tip action and a size 8 WF floating line, it punches the flies out effortlessly. My casting distance and presentation have improved greatly. David Archibald

i had the pleasure of trying out one of your sk3 fly rods - i have since then purchased two rods for myself and a further four on behalf of friends who tried and liked them. i have been fly fishing for a season,and i was using a cheap rod,which served its purpose. but i deciced 2 purchase a new sonik rod. i used it three days ago, my casting improved ten fold,and i also caught my biggest trout so far, it came in at 6.5lb

I am totally delighted with my new 10 foot #6/7SK3. It was so easy to cast, putting out a full length of line with the minimum of effort. I had two fish in a 5 hour session - a very lively blue of 7 lbs and a rainbow of 4. In my mid 70's,I have had problems with shoulder strain after several hours of casting - but not with this rod! Congratulations on an excellent product.

This rod is probably one of the best I've used its got smooth power and feels great, it also looks great.

I am absolutely delighted with my new SK3 10 foot #6/7 rod. I have just returned from my first outing with it. It was a delight to cast, putting out a full length of line with the minimum effort,I caught(and released)a 7 pound blue and a 4 pound rainbow. Despite its lightness, it handled these big and lively fish with ease. My 5 hour session created no shoulder strain due to its lightness and balance (this was one of the main reasons for selecting your product as I am well into my 70s and have found that the 10'Greys rod I have used for many years was starting to curtail my time on the water due to the muscle strain imposed). My congratulations on an excellent product. I shall share my satisfaction with my many fishing acquaintances and friends and I wish you well in your new venture.

Looks and feels like a rod that should cost twice what it does. Clean and Crisp action. I shall be buying more products from the Sonik range and will recommend to friends and family.
