Here’s how it works:
- Simply call our Customer Service Department: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm at UK +44 (0)1670 798919 and request the RAPIDEX Replacement Service.
- Subject to stock availability, we will immediately ship a replacement rod section to your chosen address. In the UK this is next day, Europe & ROW 2-3 days.
- Get back to the water and continue fishing!
What does it cost?
Prices for the RAPIDEX Lifetime Rod Replacement Service start from only £15 per section plus shipping. Please call our Customer Service Department for charges relating to all rod models and required shipping destinations. Use of the RAPIDEX Lifetime Rod Replacement Service will not affect your statutory rights.
Please ensure you have registered your SONIK rod/s within 30 days after you receive your products. RAPIDEX Service is ONLY available for customers who have already registered their rod/s.
