Thank you for purchasing your new SONIK rod which is designed and manufactured using the latest technology and materials to offer superior performance and value for money. We are confident it will offer many years of enjoyment and satisfaction.

All SONIK rods are covered by our manufacturer’s warranty* against defects in material and workmanship. In addition we provide the potential for a lifetime of coverage against accidental breakage thanks to the Sonik RAPIDEX Replacement Service.

Or, you can complete and return the warranty card attached to your product, to us together with a copy of your purchase receipt by post to our address below within thirty days of purchase. Failure to register will invalidate your warranty but will not affect your statutory rights. Please retain a copy of all documentation you send for your own records.

Returns

Where damage has occurred due to a defect in manufacturing, Sonik Sports Limited will, at their own discretion, either repair or replace the product at no charge (a claim handling charge may apply). We reserve the right to offer the nearest alternative from our current range in cases where the product has been superseded by newer models and replacement parts are no longer available.

For all return shipments within the United Kingdom, the original owner may be responsible for a per section per claim charge to cover return shipping, insurance and processing. International customers will be charged actual shipping and insurance costs, and will be responsible for all related customs and duty charges. Sonik Sports Limited reserves the right to alter the processing charge without prior notice or warning.

Please include your original receipt if product was purchased from a SONIK dealer and include your unique Warranty Return Code issued on all internal paperwork and on the outside of the packaging.

In no event shall Sonik Sports Limited be held liable for indirect loss and/or loss of profits due to breach of this warranty or other warranties implied by law. This is given in addition to your legal statutory rights with the laws of England.

*SONIK warranty excludes normal wear and tear. Fly and Carp rods are covered by a one year manufacturer’s warranty, Spin, Sea and Boat rods are covered by a one year manufacturer’s warranty. Accidental rod damage is covered under our RAPIDEX Lifetime Rod Replacement Service.
