WARRANTY / RAPIDEX™

SONIK Product Warranty

 

All SONIK rods are covered by our manufacturer’s warranty* against defects in material and workmanship. In addition we provide the potential for a lifetime of coverage against accidental breakage thanks to the Sonik RAPIDEX™ Replacement Service.

If you have not already registered your product at time of purchase, please complete and return the warranty card to us together with a copy of your purchase receipt by post within thirty days of purchase. Alternatively you can register your rod using the link below:-

Register Your Product

Failure to register will invalidate your warranty but will not affect your statutory rights. Please retain a copy of all documentation you send for your own records.

Where damage has occurred due to a defect in manufacturing, Sonik Sports Limited will, at their own discretion, either repair or replace the product at no charge. We reserve the right to offer the nearest alternative from our current range in cases where the product has been superseded by newer models and replacement parts are no longer available.

In no event shall Sonik Sports Limited be held liable for indirect loss and/or loss of profits due to breach of this warranty or other warranties implied by law. This is given in addition to your legal statutory rights with the laws of England.

*SONIK warranty excludes normal wear and tear. All SONIK rods are covered by a one year manufacturer’s warranty. Accidental rod damage is covered under our RAPIDEX™ Lifetime Rod Replacement Service

RAPIDEX™ Lifetime Rod Section Replacement Service

Should you have the misfortune to break your SONIK rod we have it covered. No matter how this happened you can get back to your fishing in the shortest possible time with the minimum fuss.

Simply call our Customer Service Department: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm on +44 (0)1670 798919 or email customerservices@soniksports.com and request the RAPIDEX™ Replacement Service. Subject to stock availability, we will immediately ship a replacement rod section to your chosen address. In the UK this is next day, Europe & ROW 2-3 days.

Prices for the RAPIDEX™ Lifetime Rod Replacement Service start from only £15 per section plus shipping. Please call our Customer Service Department for charges relating to all rod models and required shipping destinations. Use of the RAPIDEX™ Lifetime Rod Replacement Service will not affect your statutory rights.
