Your warranty

We are confident that your Sonik supplied product will be to your satisfaction, so there is no need to complete any warranty card or register your new product. However, from time to time, quality issues do arise.

Sonik products are covered by a limited warranty (12 months in the UK from the date of original purchase or as per the applicable laws of your country). Your statutory or legal rights will not be affected. Warranty covers defective products only and does not cover normal wear and tear, user damage and misuse or consequential loss relating to any defect.

Please note that the warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable; Any items purchased second-hand are excluded from this warranty; Commercial use of Sonik Products will void any warranty claim.

To begin a claim under warranty, you will require proof of purchase. This is to confirm that the item has been purchased through an approved Sonik Products Retailer. Please contact the retailer where you purchased your item along with the proof of purchase and the defective product, and the retailer in turn will then contact Sonik.

Please DO NOT RETURN ANY products to Sonik Sports without contacting your retailer first.

We follow a strict returns procedure and will not accept any liability for product sent to us without approval through the correct process. However, feel free to email us with any of your concerns.
